COVID 19 UPDATE - 5/11/2020 12:40
We have now received clarification from our governing body, the CSP, that we may continue to offer face to face appointments where
appropriate and safe following a thorough triage and screening process.
As directed by our governing body, all clients will continue to undergo a full risk assessment, prior to attendance, in order to determine if
a face to face consultation is appropriate and necessary.
It will also take into consideration the safety for the individual attending, those who work at the clinic and everyone else who attends the clinic.
If following a telephone triage it is determined that a face to face appointment IS appropriate, we will go
through the necessary paperwork with you and then send it to you, for you to sign and bring with you when you attend.
If a face to face appointment is NOT appropriate, we will offer advice with self management strategies, including exercise programmes, where able.
A copy of our policies and procedures is available on request.
